3M™ Futuro® Cold/Hot Pack - Large (25cm x 23cm) This product can be used for icing therapy on acute, swollen and bleeding/bruising injuries or as a heat pack for strained muscles and joints. Icing therapy is generally applied up to 72 hours after an injury in conjunction with rest, elevation and consultation with a health care professional. Heat therapy is applied 48-72 hours after an injury or during an acute muscle spasm. It contours around most injuries and joints. It can be stored in the freezer. It can be heated in the microwave and is reusable.
